We are located in Chicago's Hyde Park neighborhood and offer a program for young children in which family participation is welcomed. We hold classes for 3- to 5-year-olds both three mornings a week and five mornings a week, as well as parent-toddler classes for children 15 months to 3 years one or two mornings a week.
Our little graduates go on to study at great neighborhood institutions like the University of Chicago Laboratory Schools, Ancona, Murray Language Academy, and Ray School!

Q: Describe the learning environment.
A: Our caring staff, bright and spacious classrooms, and outdoor play space provide a learning environment designed to meet a variety of young children's individual needs and interests. Classrooms are organized into interest centers which encourage social interaction and include materials for fantasy and block play, expressive art, sand and water play, manipulatives, puzzles, and games. The extensive library of imaginative children's literature promotes children's love of books and reading while the outdoor playground provides more active play on challenging equipment. The daily schedule provides a balance of activity and quiet experiences.
